B Rated Movies

B Rated Films is a personal project of mine. I created this site to create a community where budget movie enthusiast could review, rate and share movies and content with others to build a better and more accurate rating system for budget movies. It my personal opinion that a sub culture of budget movie lovers would better present truthful ratings than the systems which gain the opinions of the masses who would often rate this class of movie much lower than fans of the material.
